Stoney Shire Inc., its organizers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates assume no responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, lost or stolen items, or any other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

By signing up as a volunteer, you agree to abide by all event rules and safety guidelines, including instructions given by event coordinators and security personnel. You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stoney Shire Inc. and all associated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the event.

You understand that certain volunteer roles may involve physical activity, including but not limited to lifting, standing for extended periods, walking long distances, interacting with large crowds, and exposure to outdoor elements. You accept full responsibility for assessing your own physical limitations and agree that you are physically capable of performing the tasks you select.
