What a fantastic day it turned out to be at the first ever live performance held at the new amphitheater in Erwin Park. Even with the weather uncertainty leading up to the event, the community showed up in a big way, proving once again just how much support there is for live entertainment, local events, and bringing people together right here in our area.
We want to thank everyone who came out, grabbed some food, enjoyed the music, shared the event, and helped make the evening such a success. Seeing families, friends, and community members filling the park and enjoying the atmosphere made all the hard work worth it.
A huge thank you goes out to our incredible performers who brought the energy from start to finish. Chris Wheel kicked things off with an unforgettable magic performance full of laughs, crowd interaction, and incredible illusions that had both kids and adults completely locked in. Jonathan Kornmeyer kept the momentum rolling between sets and helped keep the crowd entertained throughout the evening. Then Let Loose officially christened the new amphitheater stage with an incredible high energy performance that closed out the night perfectly.
Of course, no event is complete without great food, and our vendors absolutely delivered. Thank you to Main Meats, Oldies & Goodies, Horn’s Family Farm, Grapevine Gyros, and Food Zone for serving up some incredible food throughout the event. The variety, quality, and support from these vendors helped make the entire experience even better.

This was more than just a concert. It was a glimpse at what this new space can become for the community moving forward, and we are incredibly excited for what’s ahead.
